What CBM Doesn’t Fund
Generally, grants are not made for:
- operating expenses, not clearly tied to project
- individuals, other than salaries of individuals involved in project
- endowments
- debt retirement
- lobbying
- annual campaigns
- scholarships
- fundraising functions and celebrations
- programs geared to or directed at mental health
