Grantmaking Guidelines

Eligibility for Grants

Organizations that meet the following criteria are eligible for funding from the CBM Credit Education Foundation:

• non-profit organizations, exempt from Federal income taxes under sections 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code including publicly supported agencies and institutions
• concentrate on education or educational programs
• primarily serve consumers residing in Dane, Columbia or Sauk counties and/or statewide programs that encompass these counties
